To Install mod_auth_cookie for Apache 2.0:

Unix/Linux:
- Use the Makefile: "make; make install". You may need to edit the Makefile to point to your apxs.
- Optionally, copy auth_cookie.conf to your /etc/httpd/conf.d directory (RHEL, Fedora) or /etc/apache2/conf.d (Others)

Windows:
- Drop the files into your src/modules/aaa folder and add the .dsp project to your apache workspace.
